Depends.: I have worked with the trans community for over 15 years. It is extremely rare to see anyone have sexual reassignment surgery (srs) and change genders "back" again. I have seen it, though. Because srs, facial feminization surgery for MTF individuals, or "top" surgery for FTM folks are all such expensive and involved surgeries, we make every effort to make sure that patients are 100% certain.
