Possible Bacterial: Discharge with smell of Pneumonia can occur due to imbalance of Bacteria in the vagina and bacterial infection.And it needs to be checked by your gynecologist. Other causes are concemtrated urine or UTI,excessive sweating and nitrogen rich diet. Drink plenty of fluids,if due to concentrated urine it will get better Otherwise consult your Doctor
