Talk to psychiatrist: Trazodone is essentially an antidepressant with strong side effect of sedation and is currently used as a sleeping aid. It is a category c drug and is not recommended during pregnancy. But this is a discussion best had with a psychiatrist who knows you as some times benefits out weigh the risks hence treatment is individualized in pregnancy.
