Whenever i go to toilet, bleeding starts from the point where the partition of buttocks start. i know the bleeding is not from anal passage. help asap?

Skin condition?: If you are sure that it is not coming from the anus itself but from the skin of the buttock, bleeding can come from a number of things such as various rash's, skin infection, abscesses, or cysts. Oftentimes anal fissure traverse the anal opening and can bleed as well. External hemmorhoids may arise outside the anus as well. Visual inspection by a specialist would be a good place to start.
