See your doctor: This problem can only be solved by seeing your doctor and being evaluated face-to-face. After a thorough examination, your doctor should be able to tell you what's wrong and what to do about it.

See an MD: There are various causes for shoulder pain, so it is impossible at this point to say what is wrong without being examined. I would suggest you to see your internist to establish the cause and then treat it accordingly.
