Could be fissure: Pain and bleeding with bowel movements could be a sign of anal fissure. She should be seen by a doctor. Her pediatrician is a good place to start. Also, if she is constipated, she should be on a stool softener. Sitz baths (soaking in warm water) might make her feel better.
