Heart pain?: Alcohol can irritate stomach; so pain you're having may be inflammation of stomach/ esophagus or acid reflux. If pain persists, see doc for workup. Otherwise, avoid irritants like alcohol/spicy foods/nsaids on empty stomach. If antacids/zantac/pepcid/prilosec/ Prevacid (lansoprazole) help, GI tract is more likely origin of pain.
