Unusual: As with any surgery, named complications can be many, but problems are uncommon with icl. Of the most serious could be uncontrolled high pressure in the eye. Any redness, pain, or blurred vision needs to be evaluated immediately. Icl was approved in us 2005, and used around the world for nearly 20 years already.
