Depends on the work: In general, submuscular implant placement may limit heavy lifting and driving heavy equipment for up to 4 weeks after surgery. Subglandular placement is more lenient and allow an earlier return to work, regardless of the intensity of the activity. Exceptions to any generality are individual and should be discussed with your surgeon.
