See a dermatologist: Scabies is usually worse in genital area, hands, wrists. Usually it spares the face. Typically you itch all over from the neck down when in bed. Typically others in the home also have it. Scabies not likely. See a dermatologist.

Probably not: These lesions need to be visualized & a history needs to be obtained in order to make an accurate diagnosis.
