Maybe: Dry ejaculate with orgasm or aspermia can be caused by various things, include backwards ejaculation into the bladder, ejaculatory duct obstruction, missing vas deferens, low testosterone and other neurological issues (i.e. Diabetes). Since it is not normal to have a dry ejaculate, you should get evaluated further by a urologist.
