Do urethral caruncles just appear or grow gradually? whatever i had literally appeared in 24 hours and is nearly 1cm long!

Not usually: There may be a gradual growth, although the typical course is stability in size oince recognized. A one centimeter growth in one day is unusual. Perhaps this is something other than a caruncle. Seeing a doctor might be helpful. What happened since that first day?
