Hard to say: Allergies may cause itching and sometimes burning but allergies should not cause increased urination. Diabetes could cause increased urination and feeling sick a lot but not the itching. Thyroid problems could cause the itching and fatigue but not all of your symptoms. A urinary infection could cause the itching and feeling sick. I recommend you see your primary doctor and have some tests.
