Is it possible for first response test to be wrong if period are irregular but took the test on the 40th day of cycle if so when do i take another?

False negatives: It could be wrong or just too early for a positive. I would see your gyn about your irregular cycles instead of wasting alot of time on urine pregnancy tests. You may not be ovulating regularly or you may have another disorder that could be corrected.
