Hyperpigmentation: Hypepigmentation (hp) may have different causes and no systemic ('whole body") cream is available to significantly improve this problem. Hp may also be due to other causes, including tinea versicolor, and proper evaluation by a dermatologist is warranted. "commercial" (over the counter) creams may not give you satisfying results.
