January: If you're conception is in early april, then your due date is in mid-january. If you're trying to use naegle's rule, you need to start with the first day of your last menstrual period, add one year, subtract 3 months and add one week.

I agree with you.: We usually count from the first day of your last menstrual period. Assuming your cycles are about 28 days long, your due date will be 40 weeks later. If you know when you got pregnant, your due date will be 38 weeks after that day. There are lots of due date calculators on the web, just use your last period or subtract 14 days from your known conception date.
