TLC: Watchful waiting. Usually this is a viral illness that clears on its own. We recommend not giving otc cold medicine to babies and kids. You can try saline nose drops with a bulb suction to get the goo out of his nose. Consider seeing your pediatrician if he looks too uncomfortable. You can continue breast feeding if you are up to it.
