Umbilication: Molluscum contagiosum bumps have a characteristic indentation or umbilicalion at the top of each bump. This can sometimes be appreciated with a magnifying glass. A dermatologist will often give the bump in question a light freeze with liquid nitrogen to accentuate the umbilication so when in doubt see your dermatologist.
