Does your bone thickness affect how fast you can build your muscles?

More the opposite: You may build muscle more quicly with more "resistance" exercise - (using your muscles against or to move a weight) but your bone thickness does not affect this process other than as it increases the weight that your muscles must move. On the other hand, the more lean muscle mass you have, the greater the forces you can put on your bones, and the higher your bone density will be.
