There can be.: Many genetic males who are transgender take estrogen as part of their transition. Estrogen will make breasts grow. It can make skin softer and body hair grow more sparcely. It has no effect on facial hair, scalp hair or on the voice. Estrogen can be related to blood clots - and these can kill. People who smoke, and people who have a genetic predisposition to developing clots are at higher risk.
