Endocrine disorder: Pcos is a endocrine disorder with many presentations. Most often, women have problems with ovulation and infertility. Because of a hormone imbalance, the ovaries to not recieve the signal to ovulate, thus women have difficulty conceiving. Other systems are affected as well. Many women have blood sugar, testosterone and weight issues.
