I pee over 20 times a day sometimes 3-5 times in middle of night. anything i can do or cause? already slow down on liquids.

Urinary frequency.: First, see your doctor. It is not normal to urinate this frequently. A host of medical conditions, most commonly diabetes, can present with having to urinate all the time, including the night. Stopping caffeine, nicotine, alcohol, and excessive fluid intake should help. A doc needs to examine you, take a complete history & order up some tests to nail down your diagnosis. Hope this helps.
