A member asked:

Why can i produce seemen but i can't get hard?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

2 different process: Semen is produced in the testes which are under control of testosterone. Erections are caused by increased blood in special areas of the penis. This is controlled by special type of nerves called parasympathetic nerves. Ejaculation is controlled by a different type if nerves called sympathetic nerves. A 20 y/o that can't sustain an erection should get that looked into.
