I am not sure: Why you have not been helped? Pus gets drained, cultured and you get placed on appropriate antibiotics. Has this not happened?

More information: You didn't mention where, if this continues to occur in same place, if there are wounds or other associated symptoms locally or systemically.

Needs evaluation.: What did the scans and exams show. You may have an underlying deep infection. You need to have the infection cultured for proper antibiotic selection. If it is a deep abscess or a sinus tract it may require and incision and drainage. You may benefit with an infectious disease consultation as well.
