2-6 weeks: Variable, usually 4-6 weeks after a D&C your cycle will return. Not usually concerned unless 8 week and no cycle.

Miscarriage: If you were early first trimester you could ovulate as early as two weeks after miscarriage, having a period 2weeks after that bottom line you can have a period 3-4 weeks after miscarriage.
