Chlamydia: This is one of the most common std infections right now. The reason is that someone infected may not have any symptoms at all. Women may some vaginal discharge. A man may have penile discharge and or burning to pass urine. The is no definite way to know how long the infection has been there. You could get a suggestion of the infection if symptoms started recently after sexual encounter.
