Symptoms: A very serious and worrisome set of symptoms. First thought would be emergency department. No driving cardiac event arrythmias first thought? Verses neurological event like seizure. A very intensive evaluation indicated before you allow yourself to be seriously injured.

CONCERNING: Among many possible answers include epilepsy, with focality, from right side of brain; primary heart problems with periodic heart block, such as sick sinus syndrome; potential episodes of low blood pressure, from meds or dysautonomia; problems with hypoglycemia; unusual presentation of basilar migraine, although you are older than the average pt. See a neurologist asap, and get an eeg soon.
