I am 48 yrs. old and sometimes it hurts while have sex. is this normal?

Dysparunea: There are lots of reasons why someone would have pain during sex. There may not be a major issue if its from lack of foreplay. However, in general next onset or continuous pain with sex should be evaluated by a gynecologist. If it happens rarely, it may be normal especially if sex is rough, the penis is inserted forcefully or too deeply or you aren't well lubricated.
