No: You are talking about an anatomical part of the penis. It would have nothing to do with his sex drive.

Please rephrase?: The glans penis is the most distal portion of the phallus, it is the so called "head of the penis", thus most men that have a normal penis will have it. You may be referring to something else, please re-ask your question. Irrespective, " interest" in sex involves a lot more than anatomy.
