No: Doing a literature search revealed no connection between the two.
Most of the info was related to how the cyst develops and the need for aggessive management so it does not become a chronic problem. Good luck to a speedy recovery.

No: Pilonidal cyst is a cyst or abscess near or on the natal cleft of the buttocks that often contains hair and skin debris. There is absolutely no correlation between alcohol and pilonidal cyst.
