One week befor : These medications should be discontinued one week preoperatively and have potential interactions with tramadol and antidepressant.

Inform anesthesia : Okay to call your facility and discuss this with your anesthesia provider. Make sure you tell the anesthesia provider and your surgeon before your case. They will ask you several more follow up questions about your health.

Not directly: The medication you were taking is usually out of your body within 72 hours. However, you need to let you anesthesiologist know you were on this medication as it can have some affects on your cardiovascular system. This means your provider will have to be a little more cautious with certain medications. This should not be a problem with adequate preparation.
