My sympathies: Possibly inherited from parent/s (genetic), or neurologic (needs 2B checked by dr), endocrine (reversed circadian rhythm with antidiuretic hormone->make more urine at night than by day & may respond 2 desmopressin, ? Brain not responding to bladder signaling (often responds to bedwetting alarm). Worth consulting dr with enuresis expertise so u can give up needing a "nappy"(diaper). Good luck.
