Not really: Breast size depends partly on hereditary factors, female hormones, and amount of body fat. Hereditary factors cannot be changed. If a woman found an herb or supplement with hormonal effects of breast growth, there would likely be frightening effects on other parts of her body. If a woman got too thin, her breasts would get smaller due to loss of fat. Vacuum devices are sold, but are not natural.

Get Fat: Gain weight. The breasts have a great deal of fatty tissue, more as you age. While i wouldn't recommend this option from a health perspective, it is an option. Besides adding to health risks, your breasts will not get firmer or or have better shape. The only reasonable option for larger, aesthetically appealing breasts is surgery whether it be implants or fat injection after liposuction.

Naturopathic breasts: There have been anecdotal reports of breast enlarging creams which contain herbs, such as sage, however these are rather unreliable. Weight gain can often result in breast enlargement, as the fat component increases. This isn't recommended as fat may also increase in less desirable places. Finally, the brava system has been used for nonsurgical breast enlargement.

Yes: Fat transfer: aspirated fat is processed and transplanted to breasts with needles only.

Brava: Only non-surgical option, although not permanent.

Weight gain hormones: Although weight gain or pregnancy are the natural methods of breast augmentation, these aren't practical for the average individual. Hormone supplements are used in transgender individuals ( male to female) but are not advised for common use due to concerns with tumor promotion.
