Unlikely cancer: The pimple may be from shaving, doubt it is a lymph node. The lump at be a cyst or fibroadenoma. They are likely not related but breast cancer very reare at your age; I am unaware of any reports though that's not to say its impossible. Go see your doc if growing or getting more concerned.
