Hard to say: If you had menstrual bleeding on the 16th thru 18th the next bleeding likely wasn't implantation wich occurs much later; it's likely the 16-18 bleeding was implantation as well but there is no what to tell based on that information. Get an ultrasound, that will nail the dates.
