No: There is a possible link between Accutane and exacerbation of inflammatory bowel disease. Therefore Accutane should not be used in chrons. Antibiotics may also be an issue. An alternative would be a combination of diet, limit sugar and carbs, zinc supplementation, and the use of a laser which heats the oil glands to shrink the glands and blue light. Another treatment is pdt which could be used
