Corneal transplant: You will be able to see improvement quickly but for best vision it will be 6-12 months.

6-24 months: Depends on so many factors. Sometimes I have patients who see great a few weeks out. Others take a few years and require a hard contact lens. No two people (or two eyes for that matter) heal exactly the same. I would expect at least a year depending on when your surgeon starts cutting out sutures.
