A member asked:

Is it possible that deafness and blindness are symptoms of arnold chiari malformation?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Hearing: Hearing loss, headache in the back of the head, trouble swallowing or choking are all possible signs of chiari malformation, but not visual changes, to my knowledge. Brain MRI can confirm the diagnosis.
