I have diarrhea a lot almost every day what is the cause of that?

Hard to tell: The most common cause would be irritable bowel syndrome but there are many possible causes from medications, infections, celiac disease or inflammatory bowel disease. If you have daily diarrhea you should see your doctor. Blood tests, stool tests and possibly even colonoscopy are indicated for evaluation.

Bowel movements: It depends on what is meant by diarrhea. A wide range of bowel movement consistencies and frequencies may be normal. Help your body regulate bowel movements by a balanced diet high in fiber, plenty of fluids to equalize any fluid losses in the stool, and keep a diary of stool consistency, frequency, timing and diet to bring with you to your next checkup
