ER: Go immediately to the emergency department. Many dog medicines are made of the same ingredients as human meds but this situation warrants a trip to the ed.

Poison Control Ctr: This is not a good forum for urgent medical care. You have not told us what the medication was or how much you took. I believe that there is a Poison Control Center- at Ain Shams University, Cairo, Egypt but I don't have the phone number. I suggest contacting them.
