Pimple on nose: Do not squeeze it (can drive bacteria inward) apply warm compresses to bring to head & let open & drain naturally. Can also apply acne med like benzoyl peroxide &/or topical antibiotic. If large & have other pimples, see pcp/dermatologist for more extensive treatment to help prevent acne scars.
