Check again: Most urinary home pregnancy tests don't turn positive until around the time of expected menses, ~2 weeks after ovulation or when conceived. Thus, checking 7 days after suspected ovulation is unlikely to be positive whether or not conception took place a week earlier. Best to check again 2 weeks after suspected ovulation/conception.
