Don't be SHELLfish!: It is generally accepted as safe to eat 6 oz of seafood a week, although the concentration of heavy metals (like mercury) is different in each item of seafood depending on their habitat, water concentration of metals, and other factors. You likely haven't harmed your baby, butbest to tick with the recommendations.
