No.: Generic ranitidine is c13h22n4o3s . According to the manufacturer's website additional inactive ingredients in zantac include hypromellose, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, synthetic red iron oxide, titanium dioxide, triacetin. There is no aluminum.
