More details...: This question is completely out of my field, but you need to provide more information for someone to give you a proper answer. Is it constant, both breasts or just one, location, etc.

Hormones: Most likely, breast pain in an 18 year old is cyclical and related to your hormone cycle. This usually does not require any specific therapy besides anti-inflammatory medication if desired. Fibrocystic change in the breast can explain most symptoms. Non-cyclical pain can be from muscles, joints or trauma to the breast. See your doctor.
