YES: Kawasaki disease is predominantly a disease of childhood, but can occur is adults, though rare. There are some reports of HIV as a risk for adult kawasaki disease and some stats will suggest that 1/3 or adults with kawasaki like syndromes are HIV positive, so there is a correlation.
