Too high: Your cholesterol levels are very high. The treatment depends on risk factors that you may have. If you are a diabetic, obese, have heart conditions, etc., then it worth to combine low fat diet, medications and exercise. If you are otherwise healthy, you may try to manage it with exercises and diet.
