Yes: Yes, as long as your doctor feels that you could try. Once your cycles return you could monitor ovulation with ovulation predictor kits and have intercourse with positive results. One thing to also consider is tubal status. Has endometriosis affected your tubes? Check with your doctor regarding this.

Yes: The Lupron (leuprolide) should be sufficiently out of your system to start trying. It is not safe to attempt pregnancy when still on lupron (leuprolide). Also, keep in mind that it may take a few months until your periods return.
