Burn care: You could be having an allergic reaction to the ointment, it may be a part of the healing process, or could even be an infection. I would suggest changing to a single ingredient antibiotic ointment such as bacitracin-thin layer 2x/day. If it doesn't improve or you are having fever or spreading redness see your md. You should see them soon anyway to check the area & make sure the healing is ok.

Bacitracin allergy: This may be a signs of a Bacitracin allergy. This is one of the more common allergies. Consider stopping or switching to light applications of petrolatum jelly or prescription silvadene (silver sulfadiazine) cream.
