No...: ...Unless the underwear is saturated with bodily fluids, which would be really gross. There is no evidence that the herpes virus survives on clothing or other inert objects long enough to transmit infection. Skin-to-skin contact, or contact with fresh bodily fluids, are the only known means of transmission.
